(We had their 6K gutter installed) I’m a general contractor and I’ve been doing interior remodeling and building custom homes for the last 35 years. When things get busy and one of the last things you wanna do is clock off your job site and go home and work on your own home. So finding folks to hand off the task that are both reliable and competent is CRUCIAL!! Doing what I do for a living, I absolutely want to handle things personally in my Own home. There’s a sense of pride and being able to do what you do best and showcase your home with your craftsmanship and work. However, things have been running crazy and I haven’t had time so I made a few calls and we reached out to RROC and they sent out Joshua Lee. My experience was more than pleasant. I already knew then and there, in my interaction with their salesman, that we were hiring them on the spot. It’s a sales crew like this that builds your company. If you don’t have that first impression and you have a premium product but rub someone’s a$$ the wrong way, it doesn’t matter. I’m gonna hire the next guy down the road. I’m just old school like that. So as a finish carpenter, stone fabricator (14 yrs just doing granite fab) and master tile setter, the bar is high and the entire team at RROC excelled above and beyond with their finish product installed. It looks gorgeous, more importantly, it’s going to do its job here moving into the rainy season. Two words and an acronym, DONT SLEEP on RROC. Ask4Josh
Exceptional estimate and inspection experience
For the last year and a half I have been extensively researching siding, obtaining some initial quotes for a cost idea and was finally ready to take the plunge. Joshua Lee did an amazing job of walking through the property with me, talking with me about existing wood rot damage I knew needed fixing, was understanding of all of my concerns and issues and helped me to navigate this process without any pressure to commit immediately. The new siding estimate was amazingly reasonable, the owner of the company was a pleasure to talk to, and all of this combined made the decision incredibly easy to hire right on the spot even knowing I had four other estimates scheduled. I can't wait to have the siding done and see what the transformation looks like.

As a former employee, I have nothing negative to say about this company, I do however recommend this company to anyone who needs exterior work done, and doesn't want to worry about the "what ifs".
Amazing service
Had RROC exteriors come out for an inspection and Joshua Lee did an amazing job taking a look at our siding. We had all of our questions answered plus some other ideas from Joshua we didn’t even think of. Unfortunately we did not start the project but in the future I know where to turn to. 100% would recommend!
