- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on home improvement services such as roofing, windows, siding, or decks.
- Strong technical understanding of the roofing, windows, siding, or decks industry, including products, materials, and installation methods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients and effectively present solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using technology for presentations, communication, and lead tracking.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
